My husband and I have been clients of theirs for nearly 11 YEARS! Up until recently we have been more than satisfied. The person who answered the phone this round was rude and abrupt and had a bit of a short/impatient attitude. Called for an oil change quote claiming I was a repeat customer and my mistake...we’ve been under my husbands name. Not only did the fact that I made the mistake of thinking my previous history with them was under my name, irk the person who answered the phone, me not knowing what oil I use seemed to also be a problem. And also that apparently I have not used them for an oil change (but other services) seemed to be such a bother. My mistake. I am not the professional car mechanic or whatever. I am super disappointed. My husband, I, and my two sons have used them for YEARS. But the fact that my lack of car knowledge or appointment/service history knowledge with them seemed like such an issue to look up...made me feel like I should go elsewhere. My apologies kwik kar. I will “bother” someone else with my car service/oil change needs as well as my husband and two sons from here on out. :(
Ma'am we apologize for the miss communication. We were not rude in the slightest. We can not help you with the information you asked if you have no information to provide us in looking up your history. Wrong names and info does not help us find the information you seek. When found under the right name your question was what your oil change cost. We then informed that the vehicle has been here three times and has never had it's oil changed here. So when you ask what a oil change cost is we have to ask what type of oil you use as there is a difference in cost of different types of oil.You then ask for the lowest priced oil change and and we provided the cost to you. We do not see where we were rude or not accommodating to your needs and questions. Have a great rest of day.
