Avoid this shady place. Completely made up a tint 'issue' on my windshield during a state inspection, then began to backtrack after proven wrong. They claimed to have 'mixed' up the cars even though they already showed me the 'issue' on my car multiple times.

Mr. Muasher, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the service we performed. I can assure you that there is nothing "shady" about the way we conduct business. We were voted "Neighborhood Favorite" by Next Door two years in a row. There was simply a miscommunication between our Inspector and our Manager. Our Inspector informed the Manager that a car waiting to be inspected was going to fail. Erroneously, the Manager thought he meant your car, so he mentioned it to you. Once it was discovered that it wasn't your car the Inspector was referring to, he went on about the inspection and your vehicle passed. There is absolutely no reason, or benefit, for the shop to falsely fail your or anyone else's vehicle. We don't do window tinting, so its not as if he was trying to sell work to you. Also, it is obvious, that if a customer perceives that we're being fraudulent, it can land us a negative review. Furthermore, the Manager apologized for the mix up and then didn't charge you for the $25.50 fee.

The customer service is excellent! I went in for an oil change and ironically my car completely shut down when I arrived. I was given a rental vehicle at no charge, they called me the next morning with what the issue was and they went to a great extent to get information from my dealership and an extra key that was needed to fix part of the electrical issue. My vehicle was ready within a week and it didn’t cost me near as much as I was expecting. All employees are super nice and again the customer service was beyond excellent. I’ll always take my vehicle to this location and can’t thank them enough!

Keeping people safe and happy is what we do it for and we couldn't be happier that you are pleased with us. Makes all the work worth it. We thank you kindly and value you very much. I received today, my payment to the tax office for my registration sticker. Why??? I was told I passed. I checked paper work and Bart Brown failed me because he didn’t like the tire wear. They are only a year old. I passed the emissions test too. I’m not sure if he was the same guy acting odd to us, but I feel this place screwed up big time. Do not go here!!!! I’m a single mom trying to a house full of kiddos. I don’t have money to buy appropriate tires for Mr Bart Brown.

Ms. Roberts, the State of Texas requires all vehicles pass a minimum standards safety test. Tire tread depth is part of that safety test. The reason being, as tread depth diminishes, hydroplaning on wet pavement increases, therefore increasing the likelihood of a tire related crash. As an inspector, I use a tire tread depth gauge to determine the wear on a tire. This is not a subjective test. The gauge illustrates that the tire tread either passes or it does not. In your vehicle's case, it did not pass. As for the age of the tire, some tires are better quality and last longer than others. Also, I understand and can empathize with your financial situation. However, the State's reason to require minimum standards be met is not to cause a financial hardship on Texans, but to make the roads that we all travel on, safer.

My husband and I have been clients of theirs for nearly 11 YEARS! Up until recently we have been more than satisfied. The person who answered the phone this round was rude and abrupt and had a bit of a short/impatient attitude. Called for an oil change quote claiming I was a repeat customer and my mistake...we’ve been under my husbands name. Not only did the fact that I made the mistake of thinking my previous history with them was under my name, irk the person who answered the phone, me not knowing what oil I use seemed to also be a problem. And also that apparently I have not used them for an oil change (but other services) seemed to be such a bother. My mistake. I am not the professional car mechanic or whatever. I am super disappointed. My husband, I, and my two sons have used them for YEARS. But the fact that my lack of car knowledge or appointment/service history knowledge with them seemed like such an issue to look up...made me feel like I should go elsewhere. My apologies kwik kar. I will “bother” someone else with my car service/oil change needs as well as my husband and two sons from here on out. :(

Ma'am we apologize for the miss communication. We were not rude in the slightest. We can not help you with the information you asked if you have no information to provide us in looking up your history. Wrong names and info does not help us find the information you seek. When found under the right name your question was what your oil change cost. We then informed that the vehicle has been here three times and has never had it's oil changed here. So when you ask what a oil change cost is we have to ask what type of oil you use as there is a difference in cost of different types of oil.You then ask for the lowest priced oil change and and we provided the cost to you. We do not see where we were rude or not accommodating to your needs and questions. Have a great rest of day.

Great staff. I see the same faces when I go. I walked in minutes after they closed to leave my F150. Their bays were full for keeping safe over night. They offered to pick it up first thing in the morning. Made for a great weekend not having to worry about that. Thanks guys!

Unfriendly, did get a hi or thank you for your business nothing. Guy in shop was friendly but not the office guy. I will never go back there!!
