SPRING AUTO REPAIR

Cons and criminals. Took our car for an oil change two weeks ago. No mention of problems. Two weeks later out alternator goes out and needs replacing. Cons charge over $300 for a part I could get at Auto Zone for $100. While they have the car they call and tell us there's an oil leak they managed not to see two weeks earlier. Weird, not a drop of oil on my driveway, so we tell them not to "fix" it. Get the car and the next morning there's a huge oil stain in the driveway. Criminals sabotaged our car.

These monsters charged my wife $115.85 for an oil change and safety inspection, that alone is LUDICROUS. Even more though, they didn't even have the honor to tell her that SHE DIDN'T even need to do the inspection! With the new texas laws combining inspection and registration, she was grandfathered in. I know this because my car had the same inspection and registration dates, and when I went to my shop they had the courage to tell me and ensure my future business at the risk of not getting a couple extra bucks in the moment. I will actively tell all of my neighbors and friends in the Gleannloch, Klein, and Champions area to STAY AWAY. Go to any of the other auto shops, you have your pick of dozens that are seconds away.

this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for an oil change and a beak check. They told me the exact same thing as another reviewer that "my breaks are below 5% and need to be replaced." I got them replaced and my rotors resurfaced. After 3 days, my car started shaking very badly. I went to another Kwik Kar (since I thought I had warranty) where they told me my rotors are ruined. THIS KWIK KAR RUINED MY ROTORS AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY 200 OUT OF POCKET TO GET THEM REPLACED. WARRANTY REFUSES TO PAY ME BACK. I urge everyone to avoid this shithole at all costs. I'm now out over 600 bucks over their mistakes.

Do not waste your time. This place tries to rip you off. I've been coming here for 8 years for inspection and oil changes. Today I brought my 2014 durango in to be inspected and they told me it wouldn't pass because I needed new brake pads. The back were at 5% and front almost 0. Told me I also needed brake fluid and the total amount would be 700. I was aware 700$ was pretty high and was thinking how do I need new brake pads when the car is new and I have no problems stopping at all. So I took it to my stepdads for him to take a look and he said the brake pads were fine and checked my brake fluid which was well over the middle of min and max. So we put more brake fluid in it and took it back. My stepdad confronted tge man who told me my brakes needed replacing and he said if we put break fluid in it he would pass it. What happened to it failing for bad breaks? MAJOR RIP OFF. I am very angry that they would try to take advantage of me, probably because I am a woman. Will be filing a complaint with bbb.

If I could give negative stars I would. All I can say is that I would be FIRED if I treated/spoke to a client the way this group treated/spoke to me. After 3 years of doing business with this firm, I will NEVER be back.

This place completely ignored my existence. I guess they don't want to make money.

This is place is a Big rip off!
