SPRING AUTO REPAIR

I took my Chevy Traverse in because I have been having trouble with the electronics. They needed to keep the vehicle to diagnose the problem. They set me up in their FREE loner and I had an answer to the electronics problem the next day! Bart, the owner and Thomas his manager as well as all the staff are super professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I visited in July and August for multiple reasons.Once for an oil change, once to have an SUV inspected prior to purchase and a couple of times with problems I needed help with. In each instance, Thomas and the staff were exceptionally courteous, helpful and professional.I cannot adequately express how much comfort there is in knowing where I can go for dependable and honest mechanical help for my familys vehicles. Service is first at Kwik Kar. Nobody trys to over sell you. Love going somewhere and being treated fairly and not feel taken advantage of.

They are not kidding when they say “Kwik” Kar, I was in and out for my oil change. The staff was very sweet, even opened my door to let me out. I trust with with my car any day!!!

Told me my suspension was in dangerous condition and there was work that had to be done. I went to Pep Boys at 6578 FM 1960 for a second opinion. Dimitri performed a $20 suspension inspection and said the work was not necessary. Always best to get a 2nd opinion. Verified this is the correct location.
