Bart (the owner) and Thomas (the manager) both reached out to me after seeing my review and concerns, and I have to say, these folks have great customer service. Thomas took the time to thoroughly read my review, find me and my parents' information, verify the invoice, and truly reflect on the experience while still calling me early Monday morning to apologize and offer me a refund. I happened to walk in today to talk to him about the situation and saw that he wasn't trying to oversell a customer on a diagnostic. I could see that Thomas was very passionate about helping the customer figure out the problem while being candid that there may be more to it than a code could tell. After speaking to Thomas and seeing how he walked me through their process and identifying where the possible miscommunication happened, I knew that he has the "heart of a teacher" (for all the Dave Ramsey fans). He made it clear that he's more than happy to take his customers out to the car and show you why they would recommend any service - something that you can't find much of these days in auto shops. I'm more grateful that they took the time to touch base with their team and owned up to the mistake. There was some honest miscommunication, but after having a long chat with Thomas, shaking his hand, and seeing the way he took care of his customers, I feel better knowing that this is an honest shop. Looking forward to continue supporting this local business.
