We took our vehicle In and had some work done. When we got our vehicle back it was making a loud noise that it was not previously making. We were told that it was compressed air and should go away within a couple days but if it didnt then we should bring it back in. When we brought it back in a couple days later after the noise got quite a bit louder we were told that it was a broken strut. We had the car completely looked over and all issues were fixed and all of a sudden after this mystery noise showed up we were told it was not the fault of this store and that they would fix it for another $400. We had already given them $3000 for the work that they did and then I return got a car back with a totally new problem and a totally new quote for this problem that somehow developed while in kwik kars care. if I could give this negative stars I would. Do not go here!!!

Mr. John we regret that you feel this way. When doing power steering work it is not uncommon for the system to develop air pockets in the system that would cause a noise. We revisited it and found 1 other issue. We showed and reviewed it with your wife. When we first saw your vehicle we found many many things wrong within the suspension and advised that your vehicle was severely rusted from those canadian winters and that rust has taken a toll. We had a lot to look at and found many. We may have missed one of those many things and we apologized for missing that one thing. However it does not make us responsible for that. When seeing so much wrong it's pretty easy to miss one thing. We offered to take care of the issue but it does not come free to us to provide thus the charge.

Wouldn't fix my car said it wasn't worth fixing!!!

Ma'am we did not elect to fix your car for a couple reasons. The car ma'am was not really fixable. Your insurance already totaled the vehicle. Yes could have made an attempt at it. But chose not to because it would have been ethically wrong on our part to take money for a repair that really can't happen with the condition of the vehicle after your wreck. We are very sorry you feel this way. But we believe we did the right thing by you.

This is my FAVORITE place to take my truck! I have an older vehicle and they always make sure it is in tip top shape. I am very impressed with their honesty, and they are always willing to show you the work they are doing! They truly do everything for your car, including courtesies while you wait like fluid checks, cleaning the windows, and others! As a young lady whose car needs a lot of work, I have never felt jerked around or anything but respected. The owner is SO nice, and does a lot in the community including sponsoring teams for the local schools. The waiting room is comfortable, and they always have coffee, magazines, and comfortable chairs. The staff is wonderfully nice, and I don't want to take my truck anywhere else!

I wanted to provide an update on this establishment. Since my first interaction I have brought all my cars here for repair. They are extremely knowledgeable and fair. They ALWAYS replace the parts with Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) vs a lot of places (up and down Spring Cypress) using aftermarket parts; AND they beat all another estimates. I have had work done on our 2001 Lexus, 2005 Toyota Highlander, 2008 VW Touareq, and 2014 Ford Flex. I would highly recommend this place I took my car in for a simple inspection and ended up being sold as a future customer. The owner Bart Brown excellent person. All staff extremely friendly. Service was quick and thorough. They even took time to ensure all tires were properly pressured. thanks These are new owners and deserve a shot. The previous owners yielded some pretty bad results and hence some bad reviews. Give them a chance to earn your business.

My husband had our travel trailer inspected there. Unfortunately, the technician entered one number incorrectly in the both the vin and plate numbers. With the registration rejected by the county, he returned to the shop for a remedy. The staff member was unhelpful, very rude, indifferent, and not, in the least, concerned with correcting their mistake. Also, when asked to speak with the manager, he would not give a numer to call him at. My husband was told the only option was to bring the trailer back in for another inspection. A vehicle is one thing, pulling a trailer from storage is a huge inconvenience and shouldn't be required in this case considering the technician was the one at fault.

Mrs. Brittany we are very sorry this happened. The inspector who did this no longer works here as we seek to correct internal issues such as this one. We were in no way looking to be rude or unhelpful in correcting the error... But what your husband insisted on was illegal and against state guidelines. we are not perfect as nobody is and mistakes can happen. But we are honest and will do the right thing square with the rules.We offered to re do the inspection and that offer still stands. We agree this is a inconvenience to you as well as us as we do not want anybody unhappy but we do have to follow the rules provided by the state which we do not control. Sorry again and the offer still stands to make it right.
