SPRING AUTO REPAIR

Brought my 1996 Corolla in to get the front CV axle swapped out. The crew was more than helpful with explaining everything I needed to know with it, as well as cost to repair. Inside the lobby was spotless and clean, not to mention the efforts taken to sanitize everything. As I left I was greeted with a “Have a good day” from each of the employees there. Highly recommend any services needed to be done here.

Bart (the owner) and Thomas (the manager) both reached out to me after seeing my review and concerns, and I have to say, these folks have great customer service. Thomas took the time to thoroughly read my review, find me and my parents' information, verify the invoice, and truly reflect on the experience while still calling me early Monday morning to apologize and offer me a refund. I happened to walk in today to talk to him about the situation and saw that he wasn't trying to oversell a customer on a diagnostic. I could see that Thomas was very passionate about helping the customer figure out the problem while being candid that there may be more to it than a code could tell. After speaking to Thomas and seeing how he walked me through their process and identifying where the possible miscommunication happened, I knew that he has the "heart of a teacher" (for all the Dave Ramsey fans). He made it clear that he's more than happy to take his customers out to the car and show you why they would recommend any service - something that you can't find much of these days in auto shops. I'm more grateful that they took the time to touch base with their team and owned up to the mistake. There was some honest miscommunication, but after having a long chat with Thomas, shaking his hand, and seeing the way he took care of his customers, I feel better knowing that this is an honest shop. Looking forward to continue supporting this local business.

This day, Thomas dropped everything and came to the rescue. Keys were locked inside. And when asked what we owed, Thomas said "Nothing". No charge, no problem! Thank you, Thomas. You are the best!

First time here close to home thought I'd stop by and got right in for an oil change. Attendant was very friendly and was right on on my 30 minute quote on the wait time. Lounge area is very clean with tv and for refreshments water and coffee are on hand. Leather seats make the wait more tolerable. When it came time to pay they have very competitive prices and for these reasons I'll check them out next time as well.

I purchased a used truck from a dealership back in mid December and I was now needing an oil change. I chose Kwik Kar because they service another vehicle I own and their service was good. Being that said I brought the truck in just for an oil change; Kwik Kar went up and beyond the call of duty on this one. They went through the truck with a fine tooth comb. They could of only gave me an oil change and I could have went on my way but, this is where they took customer service to a new level for me. They went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb because for a second hand truck you dont know what your getting. They informed me that my back brakes were dangerously close to grinding metal soon and by all rights they were. I truley believe they treat every vehicle that comes through their bays like a car of their own. They had the work done in a reasonable time turned the rotors and had it all put back together in no time. Every employer of that facility was as professional as they could of been...top notch. They also gave all kinds of advise about my vehicle to keep me from having major work done to it. You guys are awesome and thank you so much for everything.
