Great service and customer interaction by the attending techs 🙏

I brought my truck in because my breaks weren't working properly. I was referred to this place through a trusted networking group my husband is apart of. The manager Thomas deserves a shout out for being honest & compassionate. I usually take my 2017 truck into the dealership I bought her from when I need maintenance done, but their incompetence & negligence became too much stress to deal with. I brought my truck into this location only to find out once again the dealership's negligence could've costed mine & my kid's life's. Unfortunately the problem with my brakes was a GM recall therefore only the dealership can legally repair it due to liability reasons. The Manager Thomas didn't charge me a dime for the hour spent on labor and diagnostics. I have gotten so used to men at the dealership constantly over-charging me, or trying to take advantage because I'm a woman that isn't mechanically educated. I am glad I have finally found a place I can take my vehicle to for the services they offer, & not have to dread the entire experience. These day's it is almost impossible to find honest mechanic's (especially as a woman) but Thomas at Kwick Kar Lube is one of the few good guys left.

Had tech do a travel trailer inspection. Tech was very personable and professional. Good positive attitude. Liked his job. I Will come back for other needs.

I frequently this garage for my F250 and Tahoe. Oil changes are priced very well and the staff is great! Any issue i maybe having they investigate quickly and give me honest, straight forward information and how to best service my vehicles.

Owner and manager are great people who are always willing to help make our cars right. We bring four different cars to them and they always do quality work. They have solved small problems and large ones for our fleet of vehicles. They will continue to keep my business.

Hands down the best family owned repair shop in our area. The manager, Thomas is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He addresses his customers by name every time in person or when he answers the phone. They have taken care of A/C issues on my vehicle, too many repairs to name on my husbands work vehicles and now my daughters car as well. Dropped her car off this morning and picked up this evening. One day service/repairs on a job that the actual Mini Cooper dealership couldn’t even get me an appointment for until the 2nd week in October; which would have been to only “check it” and another 2-3 days for the repairs. Kwik Kar even drove to Mini in The Woodlands today to pick up the parts. Amazing shop and great service.
