The staff here is amazing! The manager, Thomas was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about! He informed me in the difference in types of oils and why they do not go against what the manufacture of my vehicle says to use in my car. i left knowing more then i knew coming in and can say this place is above and beyond! Thank you Thomas and the whole crew for the great service and i will most certainly recommend everybody to use your service!!!!!

They were very quick and very nice. I took my car in to have the brakes fixed (my brakes were in bad shape had to have the rotors replaced and all) and it was fixed in less than an hour. They explained to me the issues that the car had and did not try to sell me on all the extra unnecessary stuff most places do. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone as I will definitely come back here for my future car needs.

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. Cars are his passion and for that our family is grateful to have him as our mechanic. Thank you, Thomas for everything!

When we went in for services our Chrysler 300 was making a loud ticking noise. We agreed to run a diagnostic test of $70. Thomas was very intelligent and respectful to us, and aloso let us use his loner car for the day. When we arrived to pick the car up Thomas gave us an offer from his mechanic for $2,000. Saying the car needed a new engine. When we got the car back, the car was running worse then it was earlier, cutting off by its self with our family in the car, trying to make it home. Something it wasn't doing before.We called Thomas back and he explained to us, we needed a new engine. The car may not even work tomorrow. We get home and 8 of the 16 spark plugs were unplugged!!!! All this hidden underneath the cover. My husband plugged them back in, and the car is running just fine not even ticking anymore..... Long story short.. OPEN YOUR MIND AND TRUST NO ONE!!!!

I went to go get a simple inspection, but left after they kept coming out telling me I would fail due to insignificant reason after insignificant reason. I tried to appease them by fixing a few things (which was unnecessary to begin with) and returned. They told me I still did not have what was needed to pass when I knew that was incorrect . I took it down the road to another shop and I passed in minutes.

Mr Andrade. State inspection is not as simple as you state when the vehicle in question is not in passing condition. Inspections are strictly mandated byt the state of Texas and we do not make the rules nor do we have anything to gain by failing people. And the state also monitors closely the process. what you have admitted in you review is that you now have an illegal inspection and i hope the State does not catch you or the committing shop that provided it to you. If you came in here with a check engine light on you would want me to be honest with you then i assume? but when it does not benefit you for me to be honest then you have a complaint. That would be why you asked my inspector to "just pass you"" ...For you or anyone else we will not be breaking the law sir.

I won't ever take my cars to another shop - consistently good customer service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable about what they do. Just had my '65 Impala worked on and in a matter of days, was back on the road. From the classics to newer models, these guys know what they are doing!! They truly treat you like family and go out of their way to keep you in the loop about what they are doing and what is needed. A++
