I had an issue with the shop that was due to miscommunication between myself and the workers. Things started off on the wrong foot, but once everything was explained, Thomas the manager, made things right and I appreciate that. We had a long conversation explaining what went wrong and were able to come to a resolution. I'm happy with how things ended and will be returning!

Mr.Thomas....accepted my truck at 7 a.m. and had it ready by 11a.m.. 2013 F-150 it was the first cold snap...truck started up rough and did not want to stay on... Stressed!! Must say, it was a great experience and I would recommend!

Great staff! Thomas and Bart helped me figure out what was necessary to fix now and, what could wait. Then, executed the job promptly, professionally, and for a reasonable price. Could not be more pleased. had them fix a 2007 Highlander with a busted engine mount and steering rack, and a 99 Corvette that needed a new coolant reservoir; they drive like new cars! Stop looking at other reviews. This is your place!

I took my truck because it was spraying water a part on the heater hose broke they fixed it with heater hoses that were shortI it was running terrible and I told them I thought they broke a vacuum hose and they said no we didn't I had to show them where the vacuum hoses were and sure enough I found thst problem st there shop and fixed it myself then my truck was still not running right I nearly was in a wreck because of their stupidity I took it back again yo get them to check the problem and they said it was my transmission I had to get back under the hood myself at their shop and found they had disconnected the EGR sensor I fix that myself at their shop and they call themselves mechanics do not take your vehicle to kwik kar on soring cypress they do a half job and a woman has to show them the problem and he told me they were professionals and charged me 269.00 to fix the heater hose half way DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR SHOP

Ms Chesnut. With all due respect. The issue you brought into our shop was your heater hoses were dry rotted and the fittings to were rusted out and broken. We stayed open late to help you with your issue. The heater hoses used in the repair were the correct heater hoses for your year make and model and fit as they should. Your truck is 22 years old and has many dry rotted hoses ...wires and hard lines that need addressed. the issues you state you have are far...wide and many. i can assure you of the 269.00 you spent. it cost us more then that to repair the hose fittings and hoses as the fittings for your truck are no longer in production due to age of vehicle and we spent time and money out of our own end to fabricate those fittings. We didn't do it for money. but to help you as you were stranded if otherwise. unfortunately.... we are not responsible to repair everything wrong with the vehicle. We did our job. Addressed your concern and explained that you had many other issues with the vehicle. We wish you the very best with your truck.

The staff here is amazing! The manager, Thomas was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about! He informed me in the difference in types of oils and why they do not go against what the manufacture of my vehicle says to use in my car. i left knowing more then i knew coming in and can say this place is above and beyond! Thank you Thomas and the whole crew for the great service and i will most certainly recommend everybody to use your service!!!!!

They were very quick and very nice. I took my car in to have the brakes fixed (my brakes were in bad shape had to have the rotors replaced and all) and it was fixed in less than an hour. They explained to me the issues that the car had and did not try to sell me on all the extra unnecessary stuff most places do. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone as I will definitely come back here for my future car needs.

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. Cars are his passion and for that our family is grateful to have him as our mechanic. Thank you, Thomas for everything!
