First off let's start this review by saying I am the new manager of this shop. Changes have been made so that no person, male or female will be ripped off. Nor will they be treated badly or spoken down too. I can't speak to the shop practices before. But I can say the new owner is doing everything in his power to reestablish the reputation of the shop. I have 22 years experience managing auto repair shops. In my 22 years, this is only my 3rd job. So needless to say, I stay places for a while. In regard to any one who had a bad experience, I urge you to come see me. We have new owners, new manager, new technicians. Integrity is my main focus. Which will be apparent in the coming days, weeks, months, and years. Thank you

Great place for any type of auto repair. I get my oil changed there now ever since it came under new management and I am happy with how fast their service is. Fantastic customer service too!

I love Kwik Kar! Bart the manager is always friendly and his staff are awesome, very knowledgeable! Went in for state inspection Willie took great care of that! Also Did oil change, I can get what I need done here in a timely manner, not to mention they offer a loaner vehicle if your car has to stay a few hours. (It's free, that way I'm not stuck without a car or at the shop! Totally awesome!) The manager Diamond helped me too! Kuddos to Kwik Kar and all the staff! I highly recommend this place!

First off the staff is awesome. I went in for an oil change, cabin filter change and a state inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner. The manager explained everything they did to my car and also checked all my fluids in my car and topped them off. The prices are the best around town. Everybody should stop by and check this place out.

Most places offer synthetic blend without an expensive upcharge. I was blindsided with a $15 fee in addition to the oil change.

EDIT: There is a new manager - Thomas Butler - and entirely new crew at this shop. The manager personally came and spoke with us to let us know how sorry he was that we had such poor service and overpaid. He offered us a complimentary free service. Although he could not do anything about the brake service we received since we already took the car to Toyota, I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and kindness, as well as the courage it took to contact us in the first place. Just wanted to let everyone who saw this review know. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT take your car here for anything other than an oil change. I took mine for brakes to have the pads changed out and rotors turned. Within two weeks, the brakes were making strange noises. Finally got the car into the Toyota dealership and they said that 1) the rotors had never been turned and 2) since the brake pads they used did not fit the car correctly, they actually TOOK OFF the shims to make the pads fit. And we paid almost $800 for this "Service". I will never go there again, and I suggest you never go there, either, unless you're willing to lose money.

Please go somewhere else...NEVER GOING BACK. Took my car in for a check engine light. The guy checked the error codes and tells me that me that I need a coil pack and spark plugs [$400] And that I should buy their fuel service treatment for a discounted price. So I agree...MISTAKE. After the repair, check engine light is still on. The technician tells me I should drive 50 miles continuously for the code to clear...WRONG. I drive the car for 50 miles only to hear a sound from the engine that I NEVER had before. So I go back, the guy now tells me I need to replace my fuel injector for another $300. After arguing with the guy about how they messed up, the conversation was going nowhere and I realised that I was SCAMMED. I will go else where to fix their mess. Also when I asked to speak to the owner, Bart, I was told that he does not talk to clients!!! Is that how you run a business? If that's the case then your business will not be successful.

Crappy service!! Only rated it 1 star because I had to!! Came in because my breaks where squeaking told them it sounded like the front brakes but wasnt sure. So they go look at my car and an hour later come back and say that it is the front so they guarantee they can fix the problem not only did they not fix the problem they made it worse! $350 it still squeaks!! They also broke the air valve on my tire and didnt even tell us! So when We got home later that night we had a flat tire which also had to be replaced which was more money! So we Brought it back to them 4 hours later they call and now there saying its the back breaks! So apparently they don't know what there doing! They couldn't even tell us the problem one guy said its missing a part another said the breaks where locked up! They kept arguing with us when we asked for a refund for fixing stuff that wasn't even broke from the beginning! And now they want to charge me $516 to fix the back! Not wasting my money! The manager diamond was rude and the guy that pulled my car around to me was super rude didnt say anything when i walked up to the car just slammed my door and walked off! So when I go to get in my car my seat doors and steering wheel have grease everywhere! Very unhappy and will never go back!

Had to take my car in because my tire was almost flat. They found the leak but couldn't fix it because it has to be patched from the inside and they don't have the equipment to do that. But they were so kind to take the tire off and would have patched it if they could. The service guys were all very nice and their customer service was amazing. I will definitely bring my car back when it needs repair or an oil change. Bad reviews from before were from old management but they have new management. Thomas is the new manager and very kind.
