DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN INSPECTION ,scam cost of labor for simple stuff. Low quality service. Poor management and if I could Give them a zero star review for customer service I would. Went back for the 2nd time after they wanted to charge me 120 for installing a light bulb , they quoted me for 1 hour of labor for something that takes 10 min. It took me 10 minutes to replace that light bulb and I'm not even a mechanic, this says it all. This review its not about My car failing the inspection, it's about the unprofessionalism and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the managers came yelling at me for even leaving this review as I went back to get my car inspected for the 2nd time , he called me a cry baby for leaving a review and asked me to wait outside the business or he will call the police. He said no one's works for free , I said I did not ask them to fix it for free , I was expecting a reasonable price and not the nonsense they quoted me. The supposedly guy in charge of being a manager approach me with one of the nastiest attitudes I have ever encountered in 18 years living in champions forest. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE . He also accused me of disconnecting the battery and claimed the machine could not read the computer of my vehicle.
First when leaving a review whether it be good or bad we always hope they reflect some form of honesty. Unfortunately this is not the case here. You were asked to wait outside based on your own actions. We will not allow the staff here to be mistreated for simply doing there job that is controlled and mandated by the state of Texas. Further more we do not just pull charges for anything out of thin air. We use what's called book time. Regardless whether or not you agree with that book time is irrelevant as the book time is indeed the industry standard that you would receive a charge for in this or any other shop. If you truly feel you were wronged here I'd strongly encourage you to contact and report this to DPS. they will have an auditor come to this location and meet with both you and us and review the findings with all of us where we would be extremely confidant that they would then inform you that we did our job right. Assuming you yourself would not want to receive such attitude just for doing your job correctly we'd hope you'd then reflect on this yourself and move forward being a nice person. Have a great day.
