Terrible service and awful management. You should find a better place to spend your money. I will never be back ever and will not recommend to anyone. NO Stars..... That is all you had to say. I'm the customer and I expect to be treated with respect. I did not harass or throw a fit anyone sir, I'm a grown man. You were rude and you don't have to worry about me ever coming back to that shop. You are not a good person sir.
Let's be honest here. You came for a state inspection and right out of the gate you badgered my guys over having to drive your car for the brake test insisting my inspector sit in the passenger seat amongst other things. The state of Texas mandates how inspections are to be performed. Upon my inspector opening your hood to inspect brake and power steering fluids you began throwing a fit and getting loud in our lobby. Your behavior was unwarranted and most certainly not deserving. We are an honest shop. We do things by the book. We will not have our guys harassed and we will not allow this kind of behavior for our guys simply doing there job. Correctly mind you. Have a great rest of day. //// response//// Obviously we're a business and it would not behoove us to have issues with customers however, Being a customer does not mean you are free to mistreat people based on that. Nor does it mean you get what you want how you want it, as stated previously there are laws and rules mandated by the state on inspection procedures. We both know, you were worried about whether or not the vehicle would pass and that's a reflection of your actions and conduct. There are way more reviews here that would dispute your claim of us not being good people. We are very good people and fair. We're also law abiding and will continue to follow all state guidelines.
