When we went in for services our Chrysler 300 was making a loud ticking noise. We agreed to run a diagnostic test of $70. Thomas was very intelligent and respectful to us, and aloso let us use his loner car for the day. When we arrived to pick the car up Thomas gave us an offer from his mechanic for $2,000. Saying the car needed a new engine. When we got the car back, the car was running worse then it was earlier, cutting off by its self with our family in the car, trying to make it home. Something it wasn't doing before.We called Thomas back and he explained to us, we needed a new engine. The car may not even work tomorrow. We get home and 8 of the 16 spark plugs were unplugged!!!! All this hidden underneath the cover. My husband plugged them back in, and the car is running just fine not even ticking anymore..... Long story short.. OPEN YOUR MIND AND TRUST NO ONE!!!!

I went to go get a simple inspection, but left after they kept coming out telling me I would fail due to insignificant reason after insignificant reason. I tried to appease them by fixing a few things (which was unnecessary to begin with) and returned. They told me I still did not have what was needed to pass when I knew that was incorrect . I took it down the road to another shop and I passed in minutes.

I won't ever take my cars to another shop - consistently good customer service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable about what they do. Just had my '65 Impala worked on and in a matter of days, was back on the road. From the classics to newer models, these guys know what they are doing!! They truly treat you like family and go out of their way to keep you in the loop about what they are doing and what is needed. A++

Do not go here. New management just as shady and no good as old management who literally broke my vehicle. New owners won't honor warranty work from previous owner? What a crock. Still staffed by felons with egregious tattoos. Avoid this overpriced scam like the plague.

Horrible. They do not care about the longevity of your car, only making money. They will attempt to do unneeded mantience, even if it will decrease the life of your car. Example: replacing new radiator fluid with dilute radiator fluid.

Highly recommend! What we thought was wrong wasn't the case and, thanks to their honesty, saved us quite a bit of money. Thomas, the manager, was great to deal with and extremely honest. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Kwik Kar and refer our friends.
