Took my 1990 Chevy pickup here for an engine miss, they got right to work and found out it was the distributor. Provided free loaner vehicle, and when I picked the truck up, I couldn't believe how much better it ran, very satisfied! Best part is, this place isn't afraid to work on the classics like some other places, they will happily hunt down those hard to find parts!

Today This shop is the only place that has worked on my Tahoe. Never had an issue with other workers or Mgmt and the new guys are so kind. Mike the Mgr is funny and Awsome. Never got peaved at my constant calling today. Spoke with Bart a couple times good guy. Was kind and willing to help get my issue resolved. Sorry to hear so many on here have had bad experiences but I assure those have to be minimal compared to the good they do for their customers. If you have had a bad experience before try the new mgmt and crew I think you will find a much better experience.

These guys are wonderful. Quick, fast, and courteous service. The owner is a really nice guy and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

PAST: (Disclaimer: I know hardly anything about cars) The first time I went there, the only service I needed was an oil change. I got to the shop at about 5:15ish in the afternoon during the week and it was done quickly and there wasn't much wait. The next day I noticed that I had a small oil leak, so I returned at about the same time the next day to have them check it out. I was taken care of quickly. The staff member said that they may have not washed the undercarriage of the car and that it was probably residual. I assumed they took care of the issue. I continued to notice the leak for about a month before I went back. (I work pretty far and it's hard to get to this area sometimes). So, a month after the original oil change I went back and the owner was there and checked out my car. Apparently they didn't tighten whatever needed to be tightened enough for oil not to leak. I was a little upset that they didnt catch this the second time I came in. I just chalked it up to a mistake...it happens. So they fixed the problem. He apologized and gave me a card for a free oil change the next time I was due for one. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL!! CURRENTLY: Today I am due for an oil change. I used my free card. The owner brought to my attention that my brake fluid is low. The owner explained why it is low and why I need to have the brakes changed. (I've known for a few months that they needed to be taken care of...just needed to save up funds to get it done). Since it is late the owner had offered to take me home and possibly to work the next day. Since I work in Katy, it would not have worked out. He ended up offering to stay open late for them to start and finish a complete brake service on my car! I appreciate this place so much! They are courteous and informative and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. It may be out of my way a bit, but I will definitely continue to come to this location. To top it off, while I'm waiting the owner says he's going out (I assume for food) and asked if I wanted a fountain drink. The little things make a big damn difference. Thank you!!

Came in for an oil change, and realized my windshield wipers still weren't spitting water, so I turned around 5 mins later and they were so quick to drop what they were doing to try and fix the problem. They are very quick to react and try and get you on your way! The manager Thomas pulled me to the side and explained everything and showed me what the problem was. He ordered a piece, it wasn't a cheap knock off piece, it was from the manufactured company, which was nice, and also gave me a discounted price! Joey and Thomas were great! Thank y'all for the amazing customer service! Nice to see the owner present at the location taking care of customers and vehicles as well! Y'all are awesome!
