I brought my truck in because my breaks weren't working properly. I was referred to this place through a trusted networking group my husband is apart of. The manager Thomas deserves a shout out for being honest & compassionate. I usually take my 2017 truck into the dealership I bought her from when I need maintenance done, but their incompetence & negligence became too much stress to deal with. I brought my truck into this location only to find out once again the dealership's negligence could've costed mine & my kid's life's. Unfortunately the problem with my brakes was a GM recall therefore only the dealership can legally repair it due to liability reasons. The Manager Thomas didn't charge me a dime for the hour spent on labor and diagnostics. I have gotten so used to men at the dealership constantly over-charging me, or trying to take advantage because I'm a woman that isn't mechanically educated. I am glad I have finally found a place I can take my vehicle to for the services they offer, & not have to dread the entire experience. These day's it is almost impossible to find honest mechanic's (especially as a woman) but Thomas at Kwick Kar Lube is one of the few good guys left.
