If I could give 6 stars I would! I just moved to the area so I was concerned about which location to use. I read the reviews for this location and I want to say they were spot on! The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Service was above par! I have used Kwik Kar for years and I have never been treated this special. It is hard to find good customer service these days but Brad and his crew are top notch!

Professional and friendly staff. Did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need - and that was very nice. Great price for the oil change. They’re also able to do major mechanical work on all cars in a very timely manner. Clean lobby and great conversation with the team there. I have used this location for at least 7 years and am always very pleased.

Best place and overall experience for an oil change. I've been to dozens of places in the Klein area for oil changes over the last 30 years and Kwik Kar on Spring Cypress is the only one that has earned my repeat business so I've been going there for the last 6 years. Professional and courteous staff along with a clean and comfortable waiting lobby.

I was staying at the Home2 Suites Hotel on Willow Chase Blvd for the week visiting my daughter from Ohio and had one of my two catalytic converters sawed off in the front parking lot in the early morning on July 5th and stopped in to see what they could do for me as the drivers side of the exhaust was coming straight out of the engine and was loud like a drag strip car. I talked to Thomas a fellow Ohioan from Toledo, and he couldn't help me because they were extremely busy, but referred me to a muffler shop in the area that did the complete job with parts and labor for $200 out the door. My muffler shop in Ohio said it would cost about $2,235 worst case for both sides. That was less than 10% of that cost. There are some pockets of good people and businesses in the area. I was just looking for a straight pipe to run it out the muffler as I had 1,100 miles to drive home, and fix it right when I got home. Ohio did away with the e-check and state inspections years ago, so I don't have that problem. For those who are stealing rare earth elements and metal from the converters, you WILL have to answer to a higher power some day as we all do.
